Quince jam and Payoya goat cheese Quesadillas



  • Super-Mex Flour Tortillas
  • 250 gr. Quince
  • 250 gr. Grated Payoya goat cheese
  • Butter


Cut enough quince jam to fill half of a flour tortilla. Cover the jam with goat cheese to taste and then fold the other half of the tortilla on top. Heat butter in a pan and place the quesadilla in the pan and sauté until cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.

Once ready, remove from the heat and fold it again. This recipe can also be made with dulce de leche (caramel).
