- 250 gr. Cooked peeled prawns
- 1 red onion
- 2 limes (or lemons)
- 1 avocado
- Chili flakes or Cayenne pepper
- Tabasco sauce
- Super-Mex corn tortillas and flour tortillas
Soak the prawns for 30 minutes with lime or lemon, salt and pepper, a little tabasco or cayenne pepper (to taste). Check the flavor to avoid a very sour or spicy taste.
Slice the onion. Cut the lime or lemon into wedges. Cut avocado into slices or if you prefer you can also crush it (add lemon juice to prevent it turning brown). Heat the tortillas in a skillet until hot but not toasted, wrapped in a cloth napkin or a kitchen towel to avoid losing heat.
Once everything is ready, take the tortillas and fill with the given ingredients, this recipe can also be made with grouper or with seafood salad.
